Who owns my website/domain name?

If you have an existing domain name you can use it with us and retain ownership. You also can transfer the domain name to us if you would like us to maintain it for you, and in that case we will keep it renewed at no extra charge as long as you have your subscription. If we purchase a domain name for you, it will be owned by us, but at any time we can transfer the domain to your ownership for a fee of $15. In every case, you own any website content that you added (as long as it was yours to begin with) and we owns the content that we provide with the site. If your subscription with us ends, any of the content you created remains your own, but you may no longer use the content we provided.
