What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Every subscription comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. This means that if you cancel your subscription within the first 30 days of service we will close the account and give you a full refund.

After the 30 day guarantee period, you must provide 14 days' notice of your intent to cancel your subscription by completing a cancellation form provided by our Billing Department. Once submitted, website services will be shut off after 14 days. If you have a bill date coming up within the 14 day notice period you will be charged for services.
